About the Area
Vista sits at the north end of the Pearl District, a former rail and warehouse quarter that has become one of Portland's most walkable neighborhoods. The blocks around 1150 NW Quimby St mix new towers with brick warehouses, parks, galleries and small retail, and the Willamette River greenway is a few minutes away on foot.

Most errands from Vista can be done without a car. The streetcar connects the North Pearl to downtown, Portland State and the South Waterfront, while the Broadway Bridge and Naito Parkway put the eastside and Highway 30 within a few minutes' drive.
